This resort offers a truly memorable stay with its stunning views and exceptional service. The lagoon view from the cottages is breathtaking, making it a fantastic spot for relaxation. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, particularly in dining and wellness services. However, while the ambiance is serene, the number of mosquitoes in the rooms can be a bit bothersome, and the dining options could be expanded for a more diverse experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel, with exceptional service and plenty of activities around the lagoon, but I was let down by the food options and the maintenance of the rooms. While the location by the lake is stunning, I felt the dining choices didn't reflect the local cuisine well and the property required some upkeep.
While the hotel has stunning scenery and some beautiful areas to explore, my overall experience was marred by the unwelcoming attitude of the staff. I appreciated the dining at Lime Tree, but the hospitality left much to be desired. Although the location is idyllic, the service I encountered was a significant drawback that impacted my enjoyment.
